Looks like the EPA is looking to make changes to Coliform testing that would affect water wells for smaller communities such as apartments and maybe national parks.  Also state the level of E. coli must not be present at all.  Levels for Total Coliform of certain levels will require additional testing and actions.

Since this has not been addressed since 1989 Total Coliform Rule, sounds like a good plan for our drinking water supplies.
