401K
Environmental Express, Inc. encourages and supports its associates' efforts in saving for their retirement. We offer a Safe Harbor 401(k) plan
in which associates are 100% vested upon enrollment. EE contributes 3% of the associate's income in the plan on a bi-weekly basis as an automatic gift to all eligible associates. Potential exists for an additional 2% profit sharing at the end of the year. Associates may contribute up to 90% of their annual salary, not to exceed federal guidelines. Environmental Express, Inc. offers several educational opportunities for associates throughout the year on topics including investing, personal finance and 401k management.
Environmental Express, Inc. also offers the option of contributing to a Roth IRA through the 401(k) Savings Plan.
Group Dental
Environmental Express offers group dental coverage through United Health Care. Associates may select the dentist of their choosing as there is no network of Dentists with this plan. The plan will pay for any incurred charges at the usual and customary rate (UCR) and includes 2 cleanings and a set of X-Rays on an annual basis. There are varying levels of coverage for major or basic services.
Group Health
Environmental Express offers an excellent group health plan and HRA program through United Health Care. The Choice Plus program is a high deductible plan which affords associates the benefit of having a very low monthly premium. As an additional benefit, Environmental Express, Inc. funds an HRA account for each participating associate to assist with deductible expenses. Once the deductible has been satisfied, all expenses related to the plan are covered at 100%. The network of physicians, hospitals and facilities is extensive to ensure that our associates have a variety of options for both providers and facilities.
Life Insurance
Environmental Express, Inc. provides a company paid life insurance plan of $15,000 for each benefit qualified associate through United Health Care.
Wellness Program
Associate wellness is a top priority here at Environmental Express, Inc.
