The following informaton outlines the programs offered to our full time employees:

401K
Environmental Express encourages and supports its employees' efforts in
saving for their retirement. We offer employees a Safe Harbor 401(k) plan
through Fidelity Investments in which employees are 100% vested upon
enrollment. Environmental Express contributes and invests an automatic 3%
of the employee's income in the plan on a bi-weekly basis. Potential exists for
an additional 2% profit sharing at the end of the year. Employees may
contribute up to 100% of their annual salary, not to exceed federal guidelines.

Environmental Express also offers the option of contributing to a Roth IRA
through the 401(k) Savings Plan.

Group Dental
Environmental Express offers group dental coverage through UnitedHealthCare. 
Employees may select the dentist of their choosing as there is no network of Dentists with
this plan.   The plan will pay for any incurred charges at the usual and customary rate (UCR)
and includes 2 cleanings and a set of X-Rays on an annual basis.  There are varying levels
of coverage for major or basic services.  


Group Health
Environmental Express offers an excellent group health plan and HRA program
through UnitedHealthCare. The Choice Plus program offers a high deductible of
which Environmental Express covers the first 60% of the deductible, after
which the remainder is the employee's responsibility. Once the deductible has
been satisfied, all expenses related to the plan are covered at 100%. The network
of physicians, hospitals and facilities is extensive to ensure that our
employees have a variety of options for both physicians and facilities.
Included with this policy is company paid Life Insurance for employees on the plan.
