Just snip the top of the Teflon tube and pour the contents into the sample container or extraction apparatus. Each tube contains 5mg Hexadecane and 5mg Stearic Acid in 10mL of Acetone. This standard is used to establish and maintain Minimum Detection Limits for EPA Method 1664. No pipets needed.
