Orders, Quotes and Inquiries – EnvExp.com continues to be available 24/7 and provides you with many self-serve options that support ordering, requesting and confirming quotes, processing returns or accessing technical information and product specifications.

Product Availability – Our manufacturing and distribution remain operational and for the immediate future. Due to safety concerns for our team we are working smaller shifts which is slowing down some production areas. This will result in some products not being available for same day shipping. We are in communication with our partners and suppliers so that we can continue to provide the equipment, supplies and consumables you need. Some of our suppliers have notified us of not being able to ship due to quarantine or other related issues. We are working on alternate sources for these materials, but it may take time to find suitable replacements.

Customer Service and Technical Support – Many of our employees have transitioned to working remotely. You can continue to contact your sales rep or our customer service or technical support teams as you would normally. You may experience slight delays, but your call is extremely important to us, we will respond as quickly as possible.

Shipping – We will do our best with shipping lead times, but like all businesses, expedites may be impacted, but we will ensure urgency when possible.
