How long the calibration due date can be in the certificate of calibration?

Generally, calibrations are valid for 12 months.

I have a SIG thermometer that has separated. Can you fix it or am i better off purchasing a new one?

We do not provide this service. There are ways that you can try on your own to correct this problem. The advice on this page is very helpful - https://novalynx.com/store/pc/Rejoining-a-Separated-Thermometer-Column-d40.htm\r\nIf none of that works, you may need to purchase a new one.

how can i make calibration for thermometer?

You must compare to a NIST calibrated reference thermometer. The NIST certification will have an expiration date after which it must be renewed.
