What are the cap and cap liner made of?

The cap is polypropylene. Our cap liners are LDPE.

PLEASE IS THIS BOTTLE AUTOCLAVABLE

It is not. HDPE is not suitable for use in an autoclave.

Do these caps have the same thread as the tho 500 Nalgene bottles, BPC 1421 ?

BPC1421 has a neck finish of 53/415 and BPC 1580 has a neck finish of 53/400. The difference is that BPC1421 has 2 thread turns (415) and BPC1580 has 1 thread turn (400). The cap should fit both with BPC1421 having a tighter fit.

These came with no lids. How do I order those?

The part number for the lid is K051800. They are sold individually.
